Due to the nature of our business, we are unable to cancel orders after they have been placed.
Since each item is produced to order for the customer, we are not able to offer any refunds unless the product arrives damaged or defective. Any claims for damaged or defective items must be submitted via email to email@example.com within 14 (fourteen) days of delivery.
If your item arrives and it doesn’t fit, we are able to offer exchanges or store credit under the following conditions:
(1) The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
(2) The item must be unworn, undamaged, in the original packaging.
Because all items are produced to order, processing an exchange can take anywhere from 4-6 weeks, so please consult our sizing guide before placing your order.
